β Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at unwraptheplot@gmail.com.
Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out.
