Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
“Blind Date with a Book” is a surprise experience, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at unwraptheplot@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out.

🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins quickly to prepare your package.
